The Creative Talents Foundation (CTF) was founded with the purpose to develop the creative industry in Suriname and the region. CTF provides market information, training and advisory services to assist Trade & Industry Support Institutions, the Government and Private Sector to better support the Creative sector, and to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in order for them to improve their competitiveness. CTF also works with policymakers to encourage the integration of a cultural dimension into national trade development policies.
