In collaboration with Spang Makandra and Kosmos Energy we offer creative talents in Suriname the opportunity to start a new career by participating in the NxGen Digital Professional Training.
We live in the Digital Society. For Suriname to benefit from this transformation we need to empower Human Capital. The NxGen Digital Professional Training will enable 7 selected participants to participate in this program over a period of 3 months.
The topics will consist of Storytelling, Animation, Game Development and Digital Design.
The 5 best candidates will be contracted by Stichting Creative Talents to learn and work and build a career as digital professionals. As part of the program, candidates will have to Train other individuals that will join the program in the future (Train-The-Trainer concept).
To realize effective learning the participants will work on projects and gain experience.
The goal of the selection process is to select participants with the right attitude and the right motivation. Candidates who meet all the eligibility criteria and are ranked highest on the basis of the selection criteria will be shortlisted for the second round of selection.

Gender – This opportunity is for men and women

Age – This program is for people between 18-24 years.

Motivation – It is essential that the motivation and the career goals of the candidate focus on personal growth and good citizenship.

Professional experience – Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate a higher possibility of implementing and/or transferring the newly gained knowledge upon completion of the course. i.e. Applicants who want to do the courses just to get a taste of what ICT & eMedia is all about, will not be considered.

Communication skills – Communication in various ways in a digital world is very important. Candidates who can express their thoughts fluently and effectively will have a higher chance of being selected.
